Team Biographies
Ken Engle is a seasoned consultant specializing in the implementation, integration, and support of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) government and corporate application systems. For the past 18 years, he has focused on implementing and supporting COTS systems in the Federal space, University sector, and commercial environments.
Mr. Engle specializes in the Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials application suite of products. He has been involved in all phases of software implementation and support, including project planning, analysis and design, requirements gathering and specifications, software configuration, application development, testing, training, change management, business process reengineering, and post-production support.
Lisa Engle is a certified professional life coach. After many years as an intelligence analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency, she devoted her time to raising a family and holding part-time positions, including, software trainer, legal secretary, paraeducator, and volunteer for the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program of Montgomery County, MD. Lisa graduated cum laude with a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park in Government and Politics.
Lisa brings her excellent oral and written communication skills, varied background, high attention to detail, creativity and strong organizaational skills to her coaching practice.
